Rated 1 out of 5?by JohnnyZero AVOID MOVING HERE AT ALL COST! Worst experience of my life! The management staff is mechanical and heartless. They only care about their bottom line and will make life more than difficult for you to squeeze every penny out of you they can. I lived there a year ago. I received notice recently that I owed collection service for my time there. It was for cleaning fees and an early vacate. The apartment was completely remodeled in scheduled remodel when I moved out. Yet I was charged a "carpet cleaning" fee, among others... For carpet that was ripped out and replaced. They charge everyone large cleaning fees to boost income whether or not you left the apt immaculate! I was forced out of the apartment after I would not agree to sign a new 1 year lease after giving them a 60 intent to vacate. It was 3 days later and they wouldn't let me stay because a new future tenant wanted my apartment and was signing a 1 year lease. Ok fine, force me to move and lease it to someone else, right? Then they quietly charged me a $1100 fee for breaking the lease.. The one they broke. No phone call, instead they only sent a letter to an old address knowing I probably wouldn't see it until it was to late to dispute. Don't miss a payment by 5 minutes. They have a set time on rent day. If you are 1 minute late you pay the $70 fee. The amenities are sub par at best and the only perk (I thought) was that rent was so cheap. Well it was so cheap because the gouge you with fake charges and scams when you move out to make up the difference. I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemies. AVOID MOVING HERE AT ALL COST!!!!!! or you'll be as sorry as I am... March 12, 2013

I've given excellent ratings in all categories with an extra "outstanding" for the staff and management. They bend over backwards to make sure you feel at home instead of just renting an apartment. The amenities/value are/is outstanding as well. Kim, Jody, Mark, and the rest of the team, it just doesn't get any better. Great area of the city as well. February 14, 2013
