Rated 3 out of 5?by JSteez Great place to live until you move out!!
Just like everyone else is saying about this place it is a really awsome place to live until you move out. Not only did I not get my deposit back but I owed $300 on top of the $300 I put down when I moved in. We had one of the office staff come check us out and give us a bid of how much cleaning fees were and they said that our place looked good and we wouldn't have too many more fees because of the two hours of free cleaning. Well sure enough a week later I had a bill of $300 that I owed. Don't even try to go into the office and talk it over with them its a waste of time

Rated 2 out of 5?by Neumann58 Good complex, horrible company!
Every positive review of this apartment I've seen is by people who are still living there. My husband and I loved it too until it came time to move out. The apartment is wonderful to live in, but as soon as you move out they nickel and dime you out of every penny you own. Of the $650 dollars we put down for a regular/pet deposit, we received $150 back. They will tell you they give you two free hours of cleaning when you leave, however it is not free. When I called to see why we only got $150 back, she said they take out $200 of your deposit to pay for things like the two free hours of cleaning, not realizing that makes no sense at all. They also do not do move out inspections on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, when most people move out, and since we were moving out of Logan, I had to forfeit being present for the inspection. I loved living here, but after what we went through trying to move out when my husband was suddenly relocated, I would not recommend anyone live here. There is another complex like this one just down the street, just as nice, and isn't owned by Wasatch properties. The staff is very kind, but any apartment owned by Wasatch properties will nickel and dime you as much as possible. I've heard the same thing from multiple people who have lived under Wasatch property management.

I loved living here! Such a luxury nice apartment! BUT.. When we moved out we cleaned for about 3 hours and when we did a walk through with management all they did was pick apart everything! They said that the cleaning ladies would be there atleast 4 hours. Right! The worst part.. The day our lease was up we had to be out by 10 and we were just over an hour past that and they charged us the full "late" checkout fee. I called to follow up on our charges and the lady couldn't get her story straight as to why she couldn't discuss our own bill with us. They send annoying texts all the time AND they ask you for rent before it is due. We really miss the old management and for that reason I would not recommend this place at all!
