Rated 4 out of 5?by Good enough for now. I live in these apartments currently. I have a 2 bedroom split with an attached garage. The area is usually clean, most residents pick up trash when they see it. (At least I do) The pool is nice, great for parties and guests. I do wish they would adjust the PH most often because it tends to get off balance in the summer and gets kind of murky from all the bodies going through it. *Improvement suggestion for staff** Have a party schedule for the pool. I threw a party for my son this summer and there were 3 other people trying to have their party at once. One even moved to a different location because ours was full. Our apartment is nice, we opted for the hardwood floors, it costs a little extra but I hate carpet and avoid it if at all possible. I personally have not had an issue with crime or break-ins, but I made sure I had renters insurance and car insurance and leave nothing valuable in my car. Gated community or not, humans are humans. Big closets and good amount of room. Maintenance is usually very good about addressing issues when you have them. I will say that you need to make sure you're CLEAR on what you need fixed and sometimes what is. You also need to make sure you follow up if it's not fixed or they didn't fix what you asked. Bugs. They happen, but whenever I told the staff pest control is on it. Qualms: There is no pantry and the kitchen space is extremely limited. I had to buy several bookshelves to accommodate the food items I need. The space is that limited. Walls are thin. Neighbors can be inconsiderate when it comes to parties. Women in burkas who stare at you. I know it's a culture thing, but I can't get used to it. Gym equipment is old and outdated, some of it is probably not safe to work out on. ***BEFORE YOUR MOVE IN*** Do not sign your lease before you see your apartment. Don't let them talk you into seeing a display model, of course those are going to look nice. Document EVERYTHING that needs to be fixed or was wrong with your apartment. INSIST on seeing your unit before you move in. Traffic is terrible beginning at 635 and ending at 830. Plan accordingly. September 10, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5?by Do Not rent from this APT your money can go to a better apartment. The staff and manager are not willing to work with you. I have been here for 3 years and just renew my lease. if i was not to lazy to move i would. you would think that if you stayed at the same here they would work with you to make you want to stay. the manager was not willing to do that and they increase my rent greatly. they change there policy without informing you, which to me upsets me. January 4, 2014
