I was in a bind and needed a place fast I was told I would have thirty days to change my mind, unusual but hats what I was told so I promptly found another place only to be told they don't do that. That was the first lie. Forget about maintance took a certified letter to get assistance on my toilet that never flushed had to use a bucket, upon moving out I was told I should have called repeatedly to get help. I had fleas and ticks in apt I had no pets because I was told no pets whatsoever although the derelicts around me had pets not to mention the stray animals I actually placed five stray cats from the neighborhood so sad. Shopping carts left in parking areas gates worked sometimes, one exit is chained shut, bathtub was resurfaced with house paint it started peeling after first shower and clogged drain dishwasher never worked and leaked on floor. Front door had three different locks which I only had one key for locked myself out and called maintance he took frame off he outside and then broke in through my window never replaced framing it sat outside the door and probably still does, then they wanted to charge me also gave me wrong mailbox key then handed me three keys to see which would work and told to throw the others away. The staff is impolite and never addressed my concerns. The paint job inside omg paint on mirrors floors uneven I'm walls and would come off with just a dish towel and water. Rated 1 out of 5?by Miguel Bad experience My nightmare in SATX started when I moved there No maintenance to the apartments, I have a water leak and the garbage disposal does not work. After several calls I had to bring a plumber to fix it. Derisory fees. After the monthly payment, the send threatening letters for stupid amounts of money (98 cents for instance). I was evicted due to a "misunderstanding". They changed my lock while I was at work and I had to sleep in the car. In summary, if you want to live with a permanent head ache and see police cars in your neighborhood every week, this is the place to live. January 15, 2013
