I thought this place had so much potential when I first saw it- the apartments are brand new, the staff seemed pleasant, amenities were nice. After a few months, I would have liked to say that it has been worth it, but I wish I would have chosen some other place to live. My number one complaint is the noise which is one thing I didn't notice before moving in. Although it seems very far from the highway, there is a constant, rather loud hum of cars from I10. Also, the walls are thin (like almost all apartments). The thing is that the office doesn't care whether your neighbors are making noise. There is no courtesy officer and you a on your own if your neighbor happens to be playing music next to your bedroom wall at 3am on a work night.
When you move in, they will show you the nice pool area and tell you that apt policy is that the pool is intended for residents and one guest. They even give you a bracelet that you are supposed to wear while at the pool. I can tell you that the pool is FULL of non residents every weekend and that nobody is checking to ensure who hey are. So, you will be essentially subsidizing some strangers weekend away at your pool.
Instead of focusing all their energy on filling their empty apartments, management should start to realize that they need to enforce some rules and regulations to maintain this 'luxury' status that they are marketing.

Rated 1 out of 5?by Dissapointed Very poor establishment when it comes to costumer service
We have been anxiously awaiting our move in date, scheduled for late May. Put our "good faith" deposit down since last year. Happen to stroll in for a visit early May and it was only then that we were told our apartment would not be ready until August!! The staff felt bad that nobody had contacted us to let us know, in the meantime, we had already given our move out notice to our current apts. We had no doubt that Belleza, an establishment that prides themselves in being "prestige", would make things right. To this day... 3 weeks later we have been leaving messages and waiting for call backs with no success!! Would I like to be a resident there after all of this??? NO WAY!! Belleza, we need our good faith deposit back!!!
