Rated 1 out of 5?by jlw466 the worst experience Living in this apartment has been the worst experience of my life. it is very unsafe. The noise from the neighbors, bars and construction is non stop. Our parking spots are 3 floors up on the opposite side of the complex and we are not allowed to park in front to unload for even 5 minutes. The staff is incredibly rude and unreliable. May 14, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5?by John-Paul1962 Good location, poor management, not "luxury" Good location. Pretty central for San Antonio. Easy access to highway 281. Right across the street from Quarry Market (restaurants, shops and theater at walking distance). The neighborhood is great for walks and bike rides. The community of residents is nice and we've made some good friends. The apartments are nice but not top notch quality. The main problem is the management. The manager frequently dismisses the residents' complaints. Even though generally courteous, the rest of the office staff doesn't seem to ?click? since there is an unbelievable turnover rate (some quit, some are fired), which means that the administrative staff you interact with are always relatively new to the job. It takes a lot of insistence to get some of the maintenance job done. The maintenance team is nice and diligent, but it seams that the requests for work (made personally or by email) get lost in translation. In sum, great location, good community, careless management. We'd call it overall good, but certainly not "luxury" as advertised. May 12, 2013

The area is good but there are other areas with similar qualities that have similar apartments which are prices more in line with the market. January 21, 2013
