Paying for college and other necessary bills was such a complicated load of stress, I signed up 3 months in advance and got my deposit and community fee waived. Honestly giving enough notice for everything they are super awesome working with your requests. The staff is super great and there are no hidden fees! And, my dog loves it here too! Nothing bad to say about an affordable, stress free lifestlye! May 15, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5?by sewtrapped Community is great but good luck getting your deposit back I rented both bedrooms in a unit so I could have the entire unit to myself so it was a over $1000 per month. I tried to give 30 days notice and was told "no problem" and the manager would be notified. I kept checking to make sure the manager got the message to no avail (Mgr. was never in) I moved out after supplying the required Military relocation papers and on an agreed date and even turned the keys into the office on the date I vacated (never saw the Mgr). Well, 2 years later, they tell me the manager was fired and they changed my move out date to look like I didn't give notice. They finally agreed to send me the deposit refund.....still waiting another year later. Good luck with your NONREFUNDABLE deposits. February 5, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5?by lalexander.28 I love the Grove! Perfect for any college student! I have lived in other apartment complexes but this one is definitely the best! It is conveniently located near ASU so I don't have far to drive for class. I love the pool and that I have access to a gym and free tanning any time. The office staff is helpful and the maintenance guy always fixes issues in a timely manner. I would definitely reccomend this place to anyone in the area! January 29, 2013

I did not know San Angelo could have such a good quality Apartment complex, based on what I saw before!! The prices were very reasonable, and I have had an overall good experience!! I can not talk much about the roommate situation part of it, because I have rented an entire apartment, but I have not had any troubles with the people living around me!! I highly recommend these apartments!! December 4, 2012
