Rated 2 out of 5?by kra1213 Needs more amenities for location I toured this property, and couldn't believe that with the upgrades of "recent", there are no microwaves and w/d connections ONLY in the largest units. No on site storage(garages) OR patio storage available!?!? If you get what you pay for, these are over-priced. May 10, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5?by Samontri This is not a good place to live. If you are looking for a place to let your dogs run free and not have to worry about cleaning up behind him, this is the place for you. I have been here a little over a year and still have roaches. The building is old with new paint, the maintenance guys do not clean up after themselves after coming in to do work on your apartment, you can't have grills or store them any place, the walls are so paper thin you can hear your neighbor snore. Just this week we lost water due to Time Warner bursting a pipe. Instead of calling the city, the apartment complex said it was TW fault and allowed them to repair the damage. If I am not mistaking they are in the cable business. Well, by the time I got home I had not been informed and was out of water. The complex allowed their tenants to be inconvenient without TW even apologizing for their action and inconveniencing the tenant and customers. Protect your tenant! I Unless you don't mind the little miscues mentioned above, Custer Park is the place for you. May 3, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5?by MichaelFH Custer Park seems like Home I recently went to these apartments to see what they offer, and the woman Sharon in the office was very friendly, and even went outside to say hi to someones kids while collecting a rent check, then I asked for a walkthrough as I signed my addendums to my lease and the other lady Sabrina took me. Sabrina was just as friendly, and well dressed. She was professional and patient as I looked the apartment over, and asked her many questions. She was honest and funny. I read the reviews and I do agree it is a more dated outside look, but the apartments inside are very nice for the price with a unique homey layout, and the office staff is so sweet! They also have lease signing and rent payments available online so it seems so convenient and I can tell they care about their residents so I cannot wait to move in in April! March 23, 2013
