Rated 1 out of 5?by To noisy! Noise level is unbelievable. The music, swimming pool pump, A/C inside the the unite wouldn't let you rest at all. They probably think that you're on vocation instead that you live there. And, that you have to work and sleep sometimes. Doesn't justify the high rental price!!!! There is no privacy at all!!! Run away from this place;( December 26, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5?by Noisy, Cheap, and too far from Work A certain level of noise we expected. We moved into a mall. But we expected that the noise would die down after hours. It doesn't. The apartments themselves look nice, but once you're in them, you start to notice its flaws. The biggest? The floors are not level, which makes it feel like you're sleeping downhill. It's also a bit further from Houston than I thought it would be. 288 is not bad if there's no traffic, but you had better leave at 6 to get to your 8 a.m. job. Rush hour traffic is TERRIBLE!
