Rated 4 out of 5?by JDM very nice We loved the apt. Office staff is great. Maintenance staff is awesome. Our big complaint: if you have babies that need to rest during the day, naps, etc ... consider apt living and noise! Lawn ppl have to mow during the day, and we understand, but it was tough getting baby to take naps. Also, the wood walkways on the higher floors - when ppl walk, you can hear every footstep - esp if they ppl are wearing heels. Most ppl that move into apts forget that it is loud. I recc the apts that are above the garages - I just wonder if garage doors bother those ppl. The apts advertise luxury living, but, in reality its just new stuff. Again, if you are moving into apts you need to consider noise and quality - its just temporary living for lots of ppl. If we had no kids, we could deal with noise. I think its a great place to live. Rated 5 out of 5?by jmorris33 Great Place to Live! Great location close to Marsha Sharp freeway. Management and maintenance staff is excellent to work with. I have had 2 minor fixes needed on our apartment and they were done the next day. Mindy and her staff are always great to work with and answer all questions. This is by far the best apartment complex in Lubbock. December 28, 2012

Rated 3 out of 5?by Texaslr Tuscany Place-5 months in I have enjoyed living at Tuscany for just about 5 months now. The facilities are clean and well-kept and the area is great. My only complain is this. When we first saw the apt everything does look really fancy and shiny. However, it is pretty cheaply made. The paint wipes off if you brush up against it on some walls. There alot of paint chips on the walls and in the tub. The windows and doors are not sealed, so dust and air seap in increasing energy costs. So as I said it looks great from afar, but it is cheap. The mainatance is okay. You have to stay on them! December 26, 2012
