Rated 1 out of 5?by 2012 - Office Staff is Rude & water problem water pipes blowsouts and water problems are very common. Office staff (lady Manager) is very rude and negligent. Very poor management and added to all these aparments have huge Roches/bugs. Living here is not suggestable. May 15, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5?by Worst Appartment Worst Apartment. If you are at lake side then you will get minimum of $300 electricity bill in winter. Bugs and roaches are additional. Very old apartments, so even if you walk normally on floor your below neighbor will shout like any thing. Very poor quality construction and horrible insulation. March 20, 2013
