Rated 1 out of 5?by Frustrated This apartment communities is not truthful I should have read the reviews before completing the app. There were bed bugs at this property about a month ago. I was told that if no one asked then they weren't told about the bed bugs, this is a major issue for me. Also asked about the rent increases for renewals I was told 20-80, my friend that came in about 10-15 later was told 40-60. I asked if any increase were 100 - 150 or 200, the leasing agent stated some had been 100 per month, that is ridiculous. They are refusing to give me my money back for the fee and I did not cause them to lose any money. The apt I was leasing is still occupied and when I made my choice there were at least 5 to 6 - 2 bedroom apts available. They are not truthful the same as where I am trying to move from Chapel Hill.
