Rated 3 out of 5?by Jaybird Looks good I did not move in but we visited to see if we were interested. The price is affordable it seems compared to conrerstone which is right next door. Only major downside is that the washer and dryers are not in the rooms and you have to pay $1.25 a load. With an average of three loads a week plus drying that can add up and it almost makes the savings not worth it. The weight room is pretty small and insignificant but you are close enough to the HKC to go to the gym there and work out. It would be nice if they had a hot tub but Owell. The staff was friendly when we asked about seeing an apartment. It would have been nice if we could have gone in to see an apartment but all they had were photo's at the time. April 24, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5?by Jenny This apartment is standard This apartment complex is great if a student wants to live close to campus. It could possible offer more, the apartments seem a bit run down, and floor boards are squeaky, but other than that its great for campus life. November 3, 2012
