Rated 1 out of 5?by DO NOT MOVE HERE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER! WARNING!!! Awful management, rude to tenants. Does not fix issues, rude security, poor quality. THEY WILL HYPE IT UP TO SOUND AMAZING, but it is terrible. Parking is a joke, if you're moving in, plan on walking two blocks to your parking spot for a couple months, but when you FINALLY get a parking spot in the building, people will probably park in your spot. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT SOLVE ANYTHING. Anytime it rains, plan on rain being in your apartment. When you ask to get it taken care of, they pretty much tell you to take care of it with your insurance company (when many insurance companies do not take care of rain damage.) Also, the walls are PAPER thin, so you will get to know your neighbors pretty fast but in the worst way. DO NOT MOVE IN TO THE HOUSTON HOUSE. May 10, 2013
