Rated 1 out of 5?by Cabochon poor quality service It is an old building and everything breaks. I have a ticket since last year and it is not fixed. They don't even change a light bulb. The quality of office stuff and maintenance service is very poor. They don't fix anything. Plus, there is no emergency number and if you have no heat/air conditioner, you have to accept it. There are so many quality and new complexes at lower/same price in Houston. This one is not worth the money. March 22, 2013
