I leased it for 6 months. houses are full of roaches i gave up there is nothing you can do about it. they did not show me actual unit when i moved in i found out about it. the office staff are got changed as soon as you rent the place .all apt are old and need maintenance there is no way u can sleep if ur at first or 2nd floor bcaz when they walk making noise so bad. Rated 1 out of 5?by Gracy Poor service, staff and maintenence With new management, the quality of service has worsened. Along with delay, the staff here is rude and doesnt listen to you. Plus, houses are infested with bugs and roaches. I will not recommend to stay here January 15, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5?by Bubble ONE OF THE WORST COMMUNITY I EVER SEEN I would suggest you to look around before you choose this community. expect the location (school close by) there is nothing here. very old buildings, poor lease office management, poor maintenance and lots of insects and mosquitoes. swimming pools are not maintained properly. if you are in ground floor, you can't sleep in nights because of noise from first floor.
