Rated 5 out of 5?by Annie they make it so! easy My husband and I will be moving to this complex in a month, as of now we live a little over 2 hours away, we visited once, I was very! impressed that they actually close their gates, everything is being re-renovated, we actually got to view the room we where interested in, the pool looked amazing! even when it was closed cause it was still to cold, the lady whom helped us was so professional but at the same time just flat out fun to talk to, she's capable of helping more than one person at once, someone came in behind us after a whill and she did NOT ignore her, she helped her and us at the same time, another thing I was impressed with. But what I love the most! is that we are mailing and emailing everything back to them instead of making many trips up there, they actually work with us being so far so we don't have to take days off and spend gas and eating out money just to hand in a form, she pre-writes everything for us than emails the document for us to read, we sign than mail it back, this place and the employers are AMAZING! and there's a Wendy's (amongst everythign else) 2 mins away, I love their frosty's May 18, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5?by BigBrad Great Place To Live ! I've been here 6 months now, and rarely have I seen a staff that takes as much personal interest in their tenants. Any maintenance problem I've had was immediately seen too. The value for the price is amazing. I highly recommend this complex. In addition they are in the process of making our home even better with upgrades happening everyday. April 23, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5?by none Best Place I've Ever Lived This is an excellent place to live: good neighbors, excellent management, convenient to schools, libraries, and shopping areas. I have never lived in an apartment where the management helped me unload my belongings. These are fine people, and I highly recommend living here. December 19, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5?by JKR0604 A place to call Home!!:) Wyndym Pointe Apartments are great. We've lived here since August 1st. The owners are amazing. Maintence is amazing, if we notice something wrong, the maintance usually comes within the next 2 days to fix it; not that much has went wrong. We checked out a few different apartments before deciding on Wydham Pointe, and I don't think we could of made a better decision. Its quite, nobody is hanging around outside. I think the only thing that could make this place better is a playground, but its not a must have for me. November 2, 2012
