My apt was supposed to have "new" carpet how they advertise, but you can tell it's definitely VERY old and flat. The laundry amenities are gross and it's always either locked or something. I've had my clothes stuck in the washer due to someone locking the door and no key provided..... The whole towing RUINS this place, it's a PAIN not having a permanent 2nd permit for visitors that they could give to each resident to use. Oh, and I hate to say it but the office staff are only nice when you're bringing money or asking how to pay rent. Usually when I get em' on the phone they're pretty rude, I feel like i'm intruding on their time. I mean, it's not HORRIBLE, but, definitely finding a new place at the end of my lease... Rated 1 out of 5?by concernedresident Towing Ruins This Place The office staff is very courteous. However, there is a major problem here with visitor towing. You can't have family or friends visit unless they have a visitor permit on their vehicle. No one can "just drop by" to visit you or they will be towed at a cost of $300.00. The towing company Black Bull Towing is a group of gangster-like people. Do not move to Bridge Hollow as you are in constant fear of towing and cannot have friends or family visit you, unless you know ahead of time and run to office before it closes to get a pass. When I moved into my apartment it was dirty, the toilet in the ,master bathroom didn't work (It took them a week to fix it) the sink in the guest bathroom didn't work. The stove was broken, the air ducts and vents are STILL filthy and my cabinets are falling apart. I wasn't aware that they regulate the company you have by requiring everyone visiting you has a parking pass or your car will be towed. My sons car was towed before I had a chance to go into the office to get a valid parking pass. I had to move in a hurry, and I wish I would've paid more money in rent and moved to a better apartment. I haven't lived in an apartment in over 10 years and this has truly been the worst experience ever!!! November 7, 2012
