We have lived here for about 9 months and this new management staff is horrible. They are rude and hateful when you go down and have an issue or suggestion. The regional manager was in once and made all these promises about a dog park in the back and that he would be holding resident meetings every 3 months...that was 6 months ago and he hasn't been seen since.
The walls are paper thin as my wife and I can hear the people upstairs talking and going to the bathroom, the people below play music all night. During our time here the police have been here more times than I can count.
It seems as though the clientele of this place is going down. When we first moved here the tenants were young professional, now, not so much. Gotta hit those occupancy numbers.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There are better places out there and you will get a better value for your money.

The new staff at the Portofino remind me of stepping on a seedy car lot. We were promised the world when they took over. Yet after over 6 months of their promises they have not done anything they said they were going to. Personal promises were made for my specific apartment yet after at least one talk with each one of the staff per month they finally were able to take care of one of the promises, sort of. They replace some of the blinds with the new style blinds. But not the ones in the bedroom.
The place is great idea and if the staff was no so full of lies then the place would be worth the money. In this case you do not get what you pay for.
If you are going to move in here just get EVERYTHING they say they will do in writing. I can tell you from personal experience they say anything to get smiling and on your way but next time you come around they are don't remember saying that or are "so surprised" it was not done.
The head of the management is the worst with his little sassy temper. Saying what you want to hear but the tone lets you know he just wants you to go away.
What a shame the place would be great without all of the nonsense.
Clean it up Portifino! I see people moving out A LOT!
And no management team I don't want you to contact me to apologize. I am done with dealing with you.
