Rated 2 out of 5?by Don't judge a book by its cover The outside appearance of the town homes is very deceiving. The grounds are maintained very well, so you would assume the interior of the town homes would be the same. That is not the case. My apartment is outfitted with appliances from the mid to early 1990's along with the heavily painted particle board cabinets. The flooring downstairs is new vinyl flooring that looks like wood. The upstairs is carpeted with numerous issues with the sub flooring, causing issues with furniture sitting flat. The bathrooms are equipped with outdated fixtures and cabinetry as well. The HVAC in the town home is horrible as well. The upstairs is freezing during the summer months and then unbearably hot in the winter. Crazy right. The glass on all windows is single pane and numerous panes are broken. The management elected not to fix that. The laundry area is adequate for a full size washer and dryer, but the dryer vent has issues. The vent is improperly installed and causes moisture to feed back into the dryer. Finally, the cost of the apartment does not coincide with its location, size or quality. P.S. If you are a military family, I would recommend that you look elsewhere for living quarters. May 7, 2013

It's in a perfect location on the west side, the neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and the property manager and maintenance staff are always professional, thoughtful and courteous. How lucky we were to find this jewel when moving to El Paso and looking for a place to reside. February 19, 2013
