Rated 5 out of 5?by Matt83 Nicole and the staff are PHENOMENAL
My girlfriend and I recently viewed an apartment and Nicole was the amazing lady that helped us.... Needless to say we fell in LOVE with not only the apartment but the community and staff as well. While we were in the office talking paperwork, a resident came in with a keychain than my son wanted ever so badly... (enough to tap on his arm until the mans attention was gotten) This gentleman without hesitation removed the keychain and handed it to my son with a Merry Christmas... Staff is awesome and so are the residents. If you are looking for a community with a family feel and a staff that will go above and beyond to make sure things work out for you.... Well, THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!!! Thanks Nicole and Jennifer for making it possible for us to find a home!!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5?by Jaosnh Good, but quickly going downhill
I loved this apartment complex when I first moved in three years ago, but we've had a few things happen that have made us decide to leave this summer. Someone had came into our apartment when we were gone and had went to the office and checked out our key to get in, they are supposed to get ID checks on anyone who makes a request and they did not. We complained to corporate and they refused to anything about it. Then they decided to drop the free cable, and rent has consistently gone up at least $50 each year. Our mailbox has been broken into and tampered with three times. Recently, parking has been a problem. The apartments next door park in our apartments parking and residents often have people over so you don't have a place to park after 8 p.m. So you're forced to park under covered parking, which you are supposed to pay for. To top it off, rather than fix the parking problem and telling people who don't live here to move their cars, they gave all residents a letter informing us that they're going to swab residents' dogs mouths to get DNA to match with their feces so they can fine whoever is not cleaning up after their dogs. They're more concerned with dog feces than with their parking problem. Ridiculous. Three years ago, great apartment complex, now, going downhill and you can get more bang for your buck elsewhere.
