Rated 1 out of 5?by Don't let the pictures fool you I lived in Bellshire in 1999. I lived there again from 2009 to present. If you need a place for cheap rent, Bellshire is the place for you. I am going to give you a positive review. However, you will forgo competent maintenance staff (has taken them months to respond to work orders), a knowledgeable front desk and management. Lately, there has been a turn over in management and staff. No one seems to know what is going on. Be prepared to constantly hear "Let me check on it" and never a follow up. The pools are not been functional since 2010 when they were trying to get them up to state regulations and standards. They now look like a green fungus glob. There is constantly garbage/liter around the apartment complex. During the summer, the cops were called frequently for such things are drugs dealers/buyers, noise, break ins at apartments or car windows. December 5, 2012
