We have lived here for a few years and it has mostly been Camden, since they were bought and changed names we have seen no improvements...we have basically been threatened that we were going to be forced out or forced to move to a fully upgraded apartment at a MUCH higher rent, and the upgrades are not worth the price, they use fake materials in comparison with close by competition. They kept most of the old staff which are the biggest waste of space...they do nothing to help residents; they make things difficult and inconvenient and expect the residents to just deal or work around them instead of fighting to keep residents happy. They are rude, condescending and inadequate. We are moving first chance we get, and everyone we know here is moving as well....Camden ruined this place and the new owner has done nothing to help it. Don?t expect that this will change. And they have no problem changing the rules from what our lease states and claiming its not their problem and we just have to deal, no more 24 hour services such as gym and office center, a service that was taken away because the assistant manager let her son run rampid and destroy it, so her residents get punished for her bad parenting. The whole opperation is just sad to watch.
