Rated 1 out of 5?by knickknack don't move here You don't want to move here. It's full of bait and switch advertising. When you get your rate renewal, they give you a discount off the rent which you can prorate over the course of your lease, or take the full discount up front. Great. Well what they don't tell you is, your rate is going up more than they tell you it is. Even when the math is obvious. They "hide" your rate renewal by giving you a discount, so you think that your rate's not going up very much, when it's going up higher than what you told you. The office staff does the math one way to try and show you how much your rate is going up, but they don't take into consideration the fact that you were paying a prorated rent amount from the previous lease. And the office staff is extremely utterly rude and don't know the meaning of the word customer service. You move here and you'll regret it. Save your money and go somewhere where they actually treat you like a customer. March 29, 2013
