Rated 1 out of 5?by Worst place I have ever lived I have lived in my fair share of places. Cedars at Elm Hill is the worst place I have ever lived. The staff is RUDE! The maintenance men are WORTHLESS! I have lived here 6 months and have another 6 months left to go. I have had to call the police numerous times on noise violations at 1 in the morning. Oh and after being here 6 months the maintenance men have yet to fix the long list of needed repairs that were here when I moved in...some including putting door knobs on, changing the air filter, putting the screen door on, fixing the dishwasher, and putting up a closet rod so I can hang my clothes. The water bill here is double that of any place I have ever lived. And the electric bill jumped from $150 to $350 in one months time and the apartment complex says they will not do anything about it! I am beyond annoyed, hurt, angry, sad, and depressed that I have to spend another 6 months here! I would NEVER reccommend this place to anyone! February 4, 2013
