We I relocated to Philadelphia for a new position I looked throughout the city for affordable housing; I went throughout the entire city and foun that Alden Park provided the best space for my dollars.
Parking is included on their grounds, the maintenance staff was excellent, however, they changed management companies and this new group was horrible. I could put up with the high cost of heating my apartment due to the obsolete windows that let air escape, I could even put up with the outdated cabinets, however, when I can in contact with this new management team I decided that is was not worth the hassle to spend the type of money that I was paying every month and get treated so disrespectfully.
If you are okay with dealing with that sort of thing then this would be an excellent choice; convenient to shopping, transportation and a beautiful campus made Alden Park my first choice in Philadelphia ... until they changed Management Companies.
