Rated 1 out of 5?by Ghetto with a pretty paint job. This place is just awful. The office staff NEVER answers the phone and never returns calls. The neighborhood is dicey at best. All hours of the night people are racing their cars in the parking lot, and being loud. The cops are here every couple of days. I don't even want to get into the issue with peoples garbage being all over the property. The pet policy is the best in the county, but the renters do not clean up after their dogs. The office staff stated they "fine" people for not picking it up, this seems to be a loosely followed policy because it is virtually impossible to navigate the grassy areas without stepping over tons of dog messes.Synopsis: This place is a mess. You are better off signing a lease somewhere else. May 4, 2013
