She has been so helpful with anything I have needed.Ken [maintenance] is the best. I have had a few minor issues and he has promptly fixed them.He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the buildings.The grounds are kept up nicely. I feel very safe here. Above all they allow pets and they don"t charge you an arm and a leg to have them. My apartment could use new carpet and a face lift in the kitchen but ....that all takes money and times are tough all over. I'm sure in time they will be making improvements. January 30, 2013
