My husband and I moved in a few months ago and absolutely love it here! We are in the two bed/two bath and can't believe how much space there is. After looking around for months we finally decided on Autumn park because we found we were getting much more square footage (two closets in the master, double vanity, full size washer and dryer, and lots of storage) for the same price as other apartments without all those features. We've only had to call maintenance twice for minor repairs but they were fast and kind.
My husband and I were surprised when we heard snow plows cleaning and salting the complex roads just minutes after snow started to fall. There were also workers hand shoveling the sidewalks even though it was night-time.
The landscape is well maintained. There do have a few strict rules (no grills on porch, pet restrictions, no washing car or doing repairs unless in a garage) but they haven't bothered us at all. They do have charcoal grills and picnic benches available in the walking/grass path in the middle of the complex.
There are no assigned parking spots unless you have a garage which worried us at first but there is always enough parking that you never have to park very far away from your door.
We were concerned about noise living in an apartment for the first time but we rarely hear any noise from neighbors. The staff is nice but nothing overly-special.
Needless to say, we will happily we staying here until we decide to buy a place of our own.

I have been a resident for 6 years. Over the summer, they notified us that we could no longer use grills. We had two weeks to remove the grill from our patio or endure a hefty fine. They offered no solution in storage resulting in us getting rid of a $500 grill.
The office staff at Autumn Park and Fieldstone Associates are not customer friendly. They do not return calls in a timely manner.
The location is great and the complex does have nice amentities. Long-time residents are allowed to have pets, but new residents are not. I don't know why there would be a difference.
They have cut corners with the landscaping companies and the the grounds are not as nice as they have been in the past.
Do not have high expectations once you move in.
