Rated 3 out of 5?by Great Townhouses I've lived at Ashworth for almost 2 years now, and the townhouses are great. Almost all utilities are included, which is nice. I only pay about $20 each quarter for water, and electric is usually between $60-100 depending on the time of year. Most tenants are families with children. When the weather is warm, the children are always outside playing. However, I am usually the only parent around. Also, the walls are very thin. April 26, 2013
Ashworth Woods is a beautiful townhome community nestled along Route 45 in historic Boalsburg. We offer spacious 4 bedroom / 2.5 bath homes with 1300 square feet of living space.
