the apt itself is pretty good, but the terrible staff and management will definitely ruin your living here. When we moved out, they did not even have our records, and they would charge your hundreds of dollars for unnecessary cleaning, replacement of ovens, which is not fair. So, if you do wanna live here, when you move out, be careful. DO NOT let them charge you whatever they want, always ask them for details.
Based on my experience, I strongly DO NOT recommend this property.

The quality of the complex is second to none in the Lehigh Valley. Top end finishes in the townhouses make the place feel like home. Most importantly, the management office and maintenance staff have been the best I've dealt with (I've been renting for over 10 years all around the country). Knowing us by name, the maintenace staff even knowing my dogs by name, helps us feel comfortable. We are on our second lease renewal now and would recommend this complex to anyone.
