Rated 5 out of 5?by Great Neighborhood! I lived at Highland Gardens for about 3 1/2 years. I lived in both the newer and older buildings and enjoyed each immensely. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Anything that I needed was fixed promptly and the property manager was always attentive and available for any problems or questions that arose. The complex is well maintained and is in a great location in the west end of Allentown. Its beautiful and safe neighborhood. February 9, 2013
