Rated 2 out of 5?by Awful for neighbor sound, terribel fees The whole time living at Parkside was terrible noise from neighbors. NO sound insulation. Could hear the using their bathroom..,. fighting, you hear it all. Snag you for fees when you mvoe out. Whatch out!! May 6, 2013
