Rated 5 out of 5?by emilyf09 I want to live here so badly! These are absolutely the BEST apartments in Eugene! Not only because they are beautiful, modern, and have energy efficient appliance, but also because they are so affordable especially for what you're getting! We are just waiting to hear back and see if we are approved, I CANT WAIT TO LIVE HERE! The staff is also very nice! One of the coolest parts about these apartments is they have a 3 inch slab on concrete or something like that in between each floor to block out sound from your neighbors, talk about smart! Rated 5 out of 5?by Adam Truly blown away. i drove through the parking lot the other day (they're still under construction) and i happened to catch the new managers walking around the property. They stopped me and might have been the nicest couple i've ever met. They asked me to come in their office to show me around! As if they weren't nice enough already, the office looked incredible. state-of-the-art fitness center, awesome party room or something like that and a great environment. To be honest I wasn't even looking for an apartment (i'm curious by nature) but i've never wanted to live somewhere so badly. recommendation? CHECK THESE GUYS OUT!
