Rated 3 out of 5?by Albany Meadows Kinda Iffy I have lived here for about a year now and it's been kinda mixed with me. When i moved in they did a walk though and gave me a piece of paper to write down everything that was wrong with the place before we moved in. Which included wonky wiring (to this day i have no clue what two of the light switches turn on or off), a heater that we had to turn off with the breaker because it never turns off in the "spare room". The maintenance service isn't actually that bad, my only complaint is that when they come into the apartment they only speak spanish and every so often they'll look at you, smile, then go back to work. So i wish there was a little more communication other then jibberish, smiles, then they leave. so you don't actually know what was wrong in the first place. A few months ago we got new office staff, which i loved the lady who ran the place before but the new owners have been amazing. Overall I enjoy living here besides the little things here and there that i mentioned. Spring time is absolutely beautiful, not close to the street (pacific) so you don't get a lot of traffic noise.
