The two reasons I didn't give it "excellent": I think it's a bit pricey, but that's probably because it's in one of the better neighborhoods. The other reason is the noise. I live downstairs and I can hear all the walking of the people above me (thank God that's all I hear...lol). Other than that, I really like it here. May 17, 2013
