Rated 5 out of 5?by I love it here This place is awesome! Yes it is a little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. Excellent service from the office staff, great swimming pool, beautiful landscaping, gated community, and a great home. I have never had an issue that wasn't resolved within a 48 hour time period. I feel like I should defend the apartments from the person who wrote the previous comment. I have never had my water shut off (she must of not paid her bills if you know what I'm saying.) Anytime I have had a maintenance member in my apartment they have been helpful and polite, even the vendors they use are very nice. They go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and provide some awesome events for us for free. They had a great pool party in May and they seem like they are not afraid to spend money on making their residents happy. The office staff is true to there word-I was told if I referred people I would get $300 each time, and now I have a $900 credit towards my rent since I referred 3 co-workers. Who wouldn't want that?! I would recommend this place to anyone and I will for sure be renewing my lease when it expires! August 17, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5?by Not Recommended I would advise them against renting here. I moved in February 2014 and have had nothing but problems. I'm in a second floor unit and the first night I moved in, I used the washer and it completely flooded my apartment because maintenance didn't check to see if it was hooked up properly. Needless to say, I met my downstairs neighbor that same night because his roof was leaking due to the flood. Maintenance left a fan in my apartment for over a week and then came in to get it illegally without notifying me. The water has been shut off several times in the few months I've lived here and they never give you notice. You'll find out when you go to use the bathroom, take a shower, or run the faucet. When you call the leasing office, they will tell you they don't know what's going on and they do not have an ETC of when the water will be back on. Recently, after conducting "routine maintenance" on the patios/balconies, the personal property in my apartment was damaged by their employees. Paint ended up all over my furniture and when I went to the leasing office to file a complaint, I was dismissed. In fact, they blamed me and said how do they know I didn't put paint all over my personal belongings. I have attempted to resolve the issue with corporate and no one wants to accept liability for the damage they caused. They have refused to turn over insurance information and will not give out any information with regard to the company to get this issue resolved. I've been in the Property Management industry for over 4 years and never have I experienced this level of unprofessionalism. The Manager, is seen playing around in the golf carts that are supposed to be utilized for touring residents, the leasing staff is uneducated with regard to their product and are unable to provide even the most basic level of customer service, and their owner is a CEO who employs and promotes people who will do whatever it takes to take advantage of the "little guy". His motto is: "sue me". I would not recommend this apartment community. June 9, 2014
