Rated 4 out of 5?by Rachel 11 Love this place We have lived here for some time. The staff is friendly and always greet me if they are outside and I am going to my car. This is from Office to Maintenance. I love that we are not in the center of town but we are close enough to everything by Lawton not being huge. I have read some reviews and have to say that they are probably mad because they got caught doing stuff they are not suppose to do. Over all I think it is great for apartment living.... Rated 1 out of 5?by People0007 You'll get ripped off when you move out Check the reviews on yellow pages. When I moved out I was charged a $350 redecoration fee on top of other fees. I didn't even hang up one picture and I only lived there for 4 months so I don't know why they are charging me this. Other people said they've been charged this as well. Management is rude as well. I plan to report them to base housing office to make them aware of their practices. January 29, 2013

The staff in the office lost my money, tried to charge me late fees, never credited the money they lost, didn't seem interested in resolving this issue for months. The manager, in my opinion, is extremely rude and passive aggressive. Trying to get her to help you is like trying to get blood out of a turnip - it just won't happen. They are very difficult when you try to move out as well. Be prepared to get charged for any and everything when you move out. In my opinion, this place only cares about every last penny they can squeeze out of you and not the people that live there. January 15, 2013
