Rated 2 out of 5?by JJmcA1982 You Don't Always Get What You Want I have lived at Autumn Run going on two years now. When I first moved in it was presented as a value based community. Basically you get what you pay for. In this instance it was pretty good. The manager at the time stated that the apartment will be clean, and that maintenance issues would be taken care of in a timely fashion. This was the case up until he left about a year ago. Since the former manager left last year the place has turned into a mess. There have been about 3 different manager since, and non of them know what is going on or how to handle residents. My biggest complaint is how they handle residents. I would like to see more honestly and better treatment of residents. The former would treat everyone like real people, currently that is not the case. They mostly feel they are above the lowly renters now. As for the apartment itself. I can't complain to much. It's "not bad", but definitely not great. For the price, its about what you would expect. Maintenance comes and goes. Sometimes its good, other times you won't get something fixed for weeks with no explanation other than "we are really busy". The area where I feel the community is really suffering now as opposed to when I moved in 2 years ago are the people. The former manager brought in considerate and trustworthy people. Since he left, those kind people have moved on. There are still a few really good people here, but in most cases they have a nut loose in their brain. There are some good things about the community that everyone should know. First, the parking lots are huge and well maintained. Security is wonderful because the police are always here for some other reason. And the bars are really close when you can't take anymore. Sarcasm aside, Autumn Run is a place to live. Nothing more, nothing less. It has potential to be good when the right people are in place, but has the potential to be awful when its not. I have heard from other residents that the management company is the main problem, but haven't had any contact with them myself. What I do know is that change is needed. I'm not an expert at this but I do know that it could be better. Much better. Sometimes you in life you have to make tough choices. This one won't be tough to leave. If you are in a tough spot in life this place can be a lifesaver (cheap, decent). Just remember that you don't always get what you want, but sometimes you get what you need. January 31, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5?by hotrod well worth the money autumn run is a very nice,clean and well laid out apartment complex in a great city and location to all that you could want to do!medina has alot to ffer and plenty of resteruants and shopping very close by and the floor plans are great you can't go wrong with autumn run!
