So far there was an issue with parking, my fault as my car is too big to get into the garages when someone is parked in the parking spot in front of it. My stove just would not work properly and my kitchen sink started leaking. The GREAT thing is that Erin, the manager at the time, provided me with a new garage without parking near it, Jessica, the current manager, promptly got my sink fixed, and my stove replaced since the old stove was beyond repair. I have NO complaints here. Parking is ALWAYS an issue in large apartment complexes. Anyone that lives in apartments should already know this! Mike on the maintenance staff is VERY polite, I asked for shoes to be covered, he removed them before walking on my floor. I would recommend this place to anyone. The price is a bit high, but it keeps the riff raft out! Cant leave Nathan out! he has always been helpful with any issues brought to him as well. May 28, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5?by darrian1822 Regret Signing 1 year LEASE ! I will not be re-newingg lease. I have placed a work order countless of times for many things nothing have been completed and I have been residing here for almost a year. The management here is very unprofessional and the work ethics are un acceptable be very aware before signing lease here. Whats sad is that you can be a tenet here and you're car could get towed just for parking in Visitors parking when your a tenet and there are no more parking SAD. During the snow storm whats gets me is you can have a towing company remove of tenets vehicles but don't even have the decency to have the snow removed.... Im writing this review because I would think twice if i were you.... February 13, 2013
