Rated 2 out of 5?by Brainiac. Disappointed. I was super excited to move here for the legendary Goat, resort style pool and the allure of brand new apartments. While the Goat and pool have lived up to their reputation, the apartment is considerable less than stellar. The quality of the apartments is ghastly. The toilets are constantly clogging, water pressure is little more than a drizzle, windows are terrible and drafty and I can hear every footstep of my neighbors or the slightest conversation outside. The electric bills are outrageous, I'm guessing there's not much insulation and the floor plans are dated. Rooms, closets and bathrooms are tiny by any standards and everything feels very "cramped" even though its technically a decent sized apartment. If you're not as concerned with the actual apartment as you are the lifestyle, then this community would be perfect for you. It's a blast and very involved. Just don't expect too much from the apartment itself. May 1, 2013
