Rated 4 out of 5?by Blessing Nice place to live The Apartments on Second street appear to be a nice place to live. When I visited the staff was very friendly and extremly helpful. The interior of the apartments are well maintained, very clean and spacious. The rent is line with the amenties and the size of the apartment.The laundry facility is clean and spacious. Parking garages are limited, and there is a waiting list. Also the parking lot could use a little attention. All of the balaconies face the parking lot, so when you enter or exit the builiding there is little privacy. If the parking issue doesn't concern you, then the Apartments on Second Street - would be a nice place to live. April 25, 2013
