Rated 5 out of 5?by nichele Friendly community, and great value Tiffany Lakes has been a great place to live! The new apartment manager, Melissa, has been wonderful and friendly to work with. The maintenance have been prompt about repairs. They have also worked with me when coming into my apartment as my dogs get upset when strangers enter without me here, so I always request they enter only when I'm home. I have lived in several apartments over the last ten years, and Tiffany Lakes is a great value for the money. The pet rent is lower than surrounding apartments, and the square footage of the apartments is far greater than others I have looked at. The neighbors here have also been fantastic, friendly, and respectful. April 12, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5?by R&C This apartment community is very nice I have live here at Tiffany Lakes community for 3 years;This is a older community with lots of problems, but the staff and maintenance have been super. Stephine has gone out of her way to try to fix things and get thing done. I would have left here along time ago if it had not been for her trying to right things for us. It took 2 years to fix a leaky Air Condition problem in our old apartment. Our new apartment has had a few new problem, but they are working on them.I am happy so far with our new apartment November 24, 2012
