I am currently living there and the water tank in the apartment above me exploted and my aparment flooded. Thankfully my stiff wasnt damaged but theres a HOLE in my celing ad wet spots EVERYWHERE. Theres exposed mold!. They moved me to a different unit because I told them I have a 9month od daughter and she is NOT going to breathe that air!. Also I requested to move to a different unit and they said they had none available. And magically an apt became available when the saw the extent of the damage the water had caused. They advised me that I would only stay at that other unit until my apartment was fixed. Now theyre telling me that I can stay there permanently until my lease is up. But they said they were not moving my things. Im a single moter. Im not paying to move my things because it wasnt my fault and they told me they would fix it. I tried to break my lease and they want to charge my money... I should be the one getting money rom them for the inconvenience and my time. I had to call off work yesterday.. They just wont take responsibility for anything.

The Continent Village is Operated by New Life Properties..I have four words... AVOID New Life Properties...
The office staff is friendly however Corporate is not. Do Not be late on rent, you will be evicted. Expect mold problems and issues caused by 30+year old equipment. Maintenance does their best, but are again constrained by Corporate Office's greed.
