Rated 1 out of 5?by None2 Disappointed Upon arrival and after waiting I was told person designated to meet w/me was 'busy', I was sent to another employee who did not seem to be cognizant of rental process. (Unfortunately, she was also in process of training a new employee). Explanation of rental process was confusing(at best). Apt bldg taken to was dirty w/carpet missing from steps. Apt next to shown unit had window blinds broken/bent. Apt itself was not ready to be shown & dirty. I had high expectations when I saw a security guard & gate at entry. It was all downhill from there. Thank You! May 18, 2013
