Rated 2 out of 5?by WishTheyWereBetter Bait and Switch! I lived at College Woods for 2.5 years. The curb appeal was great. However, the interior left much to be desired. The appliances were old and management refused to upgrade. My main reason for leaving were the bugs and lack of amenities. I understand that College Woods is on a nature preserve, but I did not live in filth and expected creatures to stay outside. Instead, they crept in through the walls,cracks in floors, windows. Management does not provide extermination. They simply send the maintenance guy to casually spray drug store bug spray. Also, make sure your car is in GREAT condition, or they will not let you park your car. March 14, 2013
