I have lived here for two years and do not want to leave any time soon. The maintenance staff is quick to respond for anything and the people in the office are great! It's a clean peaceful place to live. No problems here! In the summer I can practically walk to anything because it is in a convient location. I highly recommend this apartment!

I have been here for just over 6 months and I am leaving. The reason why you ask. Let me tell you.
I asked if the apartment was painted and carpents cleaned and they were not. I have painted and cleaned the carpets my self. The kitchen took 2 5gallons of mean green just to get the grease off the cabinets and the range hood. YUK. also the ceiling had sause on it. Couple of ceilng vents were broke, i bought new ones. Also the stove was made when i was born, and is horrible conditon. cracks, holes and has gone out on my 3 times. The bathroom had yuk stains on the walls. YUK. People below VERY NOSIEY>>>>>

I only lived at Clearbrooke for 6 months, but I seriously couldn't have been happier with everything! I looked at a lot of apartments in the area before making a decision, and Clearbrooke, by far, was the best value! The apartments are very spacious. The bedrooms and living room are much larger than all the other apartments we toured. The office staff is very helpful and was always avaliable when I needed assistance. The maintenance staff is wonderful, and fixed anything I needed within a few hours. I have no complaints about the noise -- I didn't have any issues. The location is perfect -- right in the center of Brunswick and close to plenty of stores, restaurants, and other amenities! It's also right by the highway to get to Medina and Strongsville, where there's also plenty to do! So happy I chose to stay here -- would highly recommend if you're looking for a great apartment for a good value!
