Rated 3.3 out of 5?by 6 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5?by Apartment Staff is the great! We ended up renting here for a short term lease f 6 months while building. EVERY single apartment complex employee we have encountered from the office to the maintenance staff have been friendly, genuine, professional and caring. Best experience with staff I have encountered and they are doing a terrific job of trying to make sure everyone is happy and things are working right for them. September 24, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5?by not happy I was moving to dayton to re-locate closer to school. Before moving in, I searched several complexes in the area as well as ones that were suggested by the school. At first sight I fell in love with the Lakes of Beavercreek because it was one of the newer and nicer complexes in the area and I also loved the location. I lived there for approximately 2 years But now where do I start..... First of all I fully agree with the comment below... 100% accurate. But to reiterate a little... I also asked for the demographic of the complex, and was denied. I'm being completely honest, it's Middle Easterners, elderly, air force singles and more middle easterners. I also agree that the maintenance is poor. Snow plows usually came right away but only plowed straight lines and didn't even touch the parking spots until maybe a day or two later. side walks eventually got snow blown but never on the same day as the snow. Management is snooty to be honest. I got "in trouble" for petty things. i.e. "my guests were speeding in the complex" after little thing like that, it was almost as if they were picking on me. I was the only one getting notes for things that all my neighbors were doing. The appliances are subpar, way worse than any other apartment I've ever lived in. My place was 50ft away from 675 and could hear traffic 24/7 HORRIBLE constant geese issue.. you don't think you'll notice it at first but you will not be able to sleep! The pool isn't heated. The gym is small and they make you pay for it. The windows and doors let in a horrible draft, it escalated my electricity bill upwards to $250 in the winter. HORRIBLE bug issue that goes along with the draft. Had to buy several bottles of bug repellant. The water in the area is horrible! Causes lime issues in dishwasher and rust everywhere else. My dishes never got cleaned. I do not recommend this place at all. April 28, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5?by One of the Worst managements I was new to Dayton and wanted to stay near Wright state University as my Wife go to school there, I choose this apartment as i felt it was accessible to school, Shopping and restaurants, Location of the Apartment was great.I saw a model apartment where carpet was new and everything looked great so i signed lease for 2 bed room apartment, however when i entered the apartment (not the one which was shown) there were bugs all over the carpet and it was not in livable condition i asked management to change my apartment immediately, after arguing with them they finally accepted to change the apartment this time i wanted to see the apartment before i moved in and i checked all the available apartments and condition of all the apartments was same and then i requested management to change the carpet or clean the apartment they refused to do that and i had to cancel the lease next day.Management at this apart is not at all cooperative, i lived in many apartment complexes in many states because of my Job but have never seen such a negligent management, If you still want to try best of luck with that :). Rated 4 out of 5?by Nice Complex Nice Apartment complex located within walking distance of the mall and bars. Nice friendly and helpful staff. Maintenance at times can take a while, but once they arrive to fix the issue it is always taken care of. I have lived in a 2 bedroom and townhouse and have had minimal issues. The pool is nice and relaxing on a hot summer day. July 31, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5?by Great place to live The staff was very polite and helpful when I was getting all set up. The apartment had a couple minor problems, but they were fixed with one phone call and repaired within hours. Moved in about one month ago, and I really like living here. It's a very quiet area. Very nice place to call home. July 30, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5?by This is the Place to be On a snowy day like today, I look across the lot and see the pool closed and wish for summer! I love this complex and will never be moving out. Doesn't matter who lives next door, I never notice. Its very quiet and relaxed, never any issues. I just want to go swimming! O, and I wish there was a tanning bed. January 25, 2013
