Rated 2 out of 5?by fed up Nice but has problems The staff and maintenance men are really nice people, however getting management to approve maintenance issues is like pulling teeth. We lived here for 4 years, and since the day we moved in we told them the floor had soft spots and was dangerous. 4 years later they still have not fixed it. I actually fell through the kitchen floor before they would come out and fix that, but they never did fix the living or dining room. The wood is being eaten by carpenter ants, which plagued our apartment every summer. The master bedroom has no air conditioner, and the other 2 wall units are not enough to keep that bedroom cool. Our upstairs air conditioner did not cool correctly, so we complained. After several days in 100 degree heat, they finally came out and switched it with another apartment's unit which also did not work correctly. They refused to buy a new one. we ended up swapping it continuously with empty apartments until we found one that worked halfway decent. As far as noise....there is a creek at the end of the parking lot, and the kids love to play down there as well as run and scream through the parking lots. It was fairly quiet when we moved in, however more and more kids are moving into the complex and on top of the maintenance issues, it was just too much for us. Rent is fair, if you get an apartment that was recently renovated. Our carpet was disgusting and again nothing was ever done about it. If you move here, be cautious. Most people don't stay much longer than a year. April 24, 2013
