Offered snacks and refreshments to us, as well. The apartments are beautiful and at a great price. You can tell they are taken good care of. Love my new selection of home and can't wait to move in. Rated 1 out of 5?by James23 Read the Reviews Please read and take seriously all the reviews. Like the previous reviewer I read them but moved in anyway. The office staff lied to us from the beginning. After we moved in and tried to resolve issues the office said you have to talk to management company. It took us weeks to get a hold of someone and when we did they said we had to talk to someone else. When we moved out we tried to inform them and meet the requirements of the lease but nine months later we received a bill for "damage" to the apartment and they accused us of trying to hide from them which was their excuse for taking so long to contact us. Now we have a collection agency hounding us for money. This management company is dishonest. They know people will just pay because it would cost more to fight it. We had water in our basement, mold growing on the walls and tile in the kitchen that kept coming up. Worst apartment experience ever. September 7, 2013

I read bad reviews about GMS management before i moved in but I didnt listen to them and i wish i would have. One month when i sent in my rent check i accidentally left the amount blank, instead of calling me and telling me they needed another check they sent me an eviction notice. They let me pay the rent and stay but a simple phone call would have solved the problem in the first place. There were several other similar occurences that resulted from the office staffs' inability to communicate with tenats. Also the pool has been bull dozed for over a year now. The apartments themselves are pretty nice for the price but just not worth the headache. I am now renting a house and I could not be happier to get out of this property. May 7, 2013
